The Business Office is housed behind the Cashier’s window. Patients may come here to obtain entrance to Business office and speak to someone.The Business Office does all billing and collections for Brooksville patients. We accept and process all payments from patients, insurances, and other sources. We work closely with Medical Records, but we are not involved with the coding of accounts.We are collectors – we collect from insurance companies and from patients. We deal with patients, both by phone and in person, helping them understand their bills and resolve problems with their insurance companies.We work with all self-pay patients offering discounts on their bills, making payment arrangements, and helping ease their worry of high medical bills. We screen patients for any programs we have to help them with their bills.
