Chief Operating Officer

Scott Hartsell is the Chief Operating Officer at Brooksville Regional Hospital. With over 16 years experience in healthcare, Scott has served in various capacities to include product management, business development, physician relations, and Hospital Administration.  

Scott has served in the United States Marine Corps for 30 Years, encompassing 15 cumulative years on Active Duty and 15 years in the Reserves. He served in Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2004 and in 2009 was recalled on Active Duty in support of Operation Enduring Freedom serving in Afghanistan as the Marines' senior liaison to the NATO command.  He was appointed the rank of Brigadier General in 2010 and his current Reserve assignment is Deputy Commanding General (Mobilization), 1st Marine Expeditionary Force.
